30×40 North Facing House Plan 3BHK
This is a 30×40 North Facing House Plan as per Vastu. Decent size Bedrooms 11 feet x 14 feet and 10 feet x 14 feet is provided along with a cupboard. As Dead walls are provided around three sides of the house plan, thus it is important to provide ventilation and natural light. Therefore, 6’0″ x 4’11” O.T.S is provided, which enables the entry of fresh air and good sunlight into the bedroom area.
A 13’6″x11′ feet dining area is provided along with a kitchen of size 6’10″x10′ feet. O.T.S is provided adjacent to the kitchen to provide exhaust for the fumes and smoke emerging from the kitchen. Two Toilets of size 4’4″x5’4″ is provided, which cater to all three bedrooms. Indian and Western commodes can be fitted in these two toilets.
The drawing room of size 11’11″x 15′ feet is provided near the entrance. A bedroom of 10’x12′ feet in size is provided in the South-Western Direction. Windows are provided in the Eastern direction which provides full sunlight throughout the day.

This is a 30×40 North Facing 2BHK House Plan as per Vastu. This plan is suitable for the site, open to all sides. A bedroom of 10’10″x 14′ feet is provided along with a cupboard in the North-western direction. A Master Bedroom of size 11’x14′ is provided which is connected to a 5’7″x10’7″ size combined bath and toilet.
A dining cum living room of size 17’4″x12’6″ is provided. A staircase of size 6’x9’5″ is provided adjacent to the dining room. A sit out of size 4’10″x12’6″ is provided. Drawing room of size 10’10″x10’6″ with two windows. A common toilet of 5’7″x7’2″ is provided in the living area and kitchen of size 11’5″x7’6″ along with a window is there in the plan.
40×30 North Facing House Plan 2BHK with Internal Stairs
This is another 40×30 feet North Facing House Plan having two bedrooms. On the North-Eastern Side, a bedroom of size 14’x10’10” is provided which is connected with the Bath cum toilet of 5’6″x6’6″ is provided. As the three sides are dead wall thus an OTS of size 11’5″x4″ provides ventilation to the Bedrooms and Toilets.
The provision of a dining area of size 17’5″x11’4″ is there. An L-size staircase is provided, the space below the staircase could be used for racks. The Kitchen is of 7’7″x12’6″ size which is adjacent to the store of size 7’7″x4’6″.
The living area of 12’5″x17’4″ is provided near the entrance. The entrance has a sitout of 17’5″x6′ feet sitout.
40×30 North Facing House Plan 2BHK with external Stairs.
This is a 40×30 North Facing two-bedroom house plan with external stairs. One Bedroom is of size 14’x10’10” and the master bedroom of size 14’4″x12’6″ along with an attached toilet of size 5’9″x4’6″ is provided. Spacious drawing cum dining area of size 11’x17’9″ is provided. A common toilet of size 6’4″x6’2″ and a store of size 4’9″x3’10” is provided.
The kitchen is 12’x8′ in size and a portico of 12’x11’5″ is provided in which parking arrangements could be made. Apart from this kitchen garden and sit out are also encapsulated.
40×30 beautiful North Facing House Plan
This is also a 2 bedroom plan. This plan is similar to the 40×30 North Facing House Plan 2BHK with external Stairs, only the location of the staircase is changed.
30×40 North Facing House Plan Duplex 2BHK
This is another North-facing 30×40 duplex house plan. The ground floor has bedrooms of size 12’5″x12′ and 10’5″x11’7″ and a dining area of 16’9″x11’1″. THe drawing room of size 11’11″x5′ and Kitchen of size 11’x9’9″ is provided on the ground floor.
The first floor has two bedrooms of size 11’x14′ and 12’5″x12′ size and a living room of size 16’9″x11’1″ Open terrace is also provided along with a balcony of size 11’x8′.
