30×30 House Plan East Facing-2 Storey
As per Vastu East Facing Houses are most preferable. Sun rises from the East Direction and brings energy and light that is why the east-facing House Plan is preferable. We have designed this Duplex 30×30 East Facing House Plan.
30×30 House Plan East facing-Ground Floor Plan
This 30×30 two-bedroom floor plan is a 2-storey house and has a Verandah of size 6′-7″x12′-3″. Lobby-cum-dining area of size 10′-0″x11′-4″ is designed which is sufficient for today’s nuclear family. We have created it using the “open concept”. Drawing cum living area of 9’10″x16′-8″ is provided. A kitchen of size 10′-0″x8′-0″ is equipped with a window and kitchen shelf.
We have provided two bedrooms on the ground floor having sizes of 12′-0″x11′-6″. A shared toilet is provided between the two having size of 8′-2″x4′-10″. The staircase of size 6′-0″x8′-10″ is provided.
30×30 House Plan East facing-First Floor Plan
On the first floor of the 30×30 East facing House Plan first bedroom of size 12′-0″x11′-6″ is provided adjacent to the staircase with an attached toilet of size 8′-2″x4′-10″. A spacious terrace of 10′-7″x17′-5″ is given which will be your place for leisure activity. The second bedroom of size 10′-0″x11′-6″ is designed with an attached toilet of size 6′-3″x4′-6″. Another open terrace of size 12’9″x12′-3″ is provided.
30×30 North Facing House Plan-2Storey.
North direction is ruled by Lord Kubera. Lord Kubera is the god of wealth and prosperity. Thus North facing House Plans brings wealth and prosperity.
30×30 North Facing House Plan-Ground Floor Plan.
This 30×30 2BHK house plan is North facing House Plan. A sit-out of size 11′-5″X4′-0″ is given. Combined Kitchen cum Dining Space of 16′-2″x16′-8″ is provided. Stairs are provided in the Kitchen cum dining Area. The drawing room of size 12′-0″x16′-8″ is designed, is equipped with two windows for good ventilation.
Puja room is provided having the size of 4′-0″x7′-6″. This 30×30, 2 Bedroom floor plan has a bedroom of the size of 12′-0″x11′-6″ and the second Bedroom has a dimension of 10′-10″x11′-6″, both are provided with windows for ventilation. A common toilet of size 5′-0″x8′-2″ is designed.

The first floor of the 30×30 North facing Duplex house Plan consists of a living area of size 16′-2″x12′-8″. A terrace of size 12′-4″x17′-0″ is designed. The floor has two bedrooms of size 12′-0″x11′-6″ and 10′-10″x11′-6″. A common toilet of size 5′-0″x8′-2″ is designed.

This 30×30 2BHK South Facing House Plan have car parking of size 8′-0″x12′-1″. A sit-out of size 11′-9″x4′-0″ is designed. A drawing room of size 11′-0″x12′-8″ is given. A kitchen of size 8′-0″x16′-8″ is designed. The Master Bedroom of size 12′-0″x11′-6″ is designed with a toilet of size 8′-0″x5′-0″. The second bedroom of size 10′-10″x11′-6″ is provided. The first floor of this 30×30 2BHK West Facing House Plan has a big terrace of size 10′-2″x17′-9″. Two bedrooms are provided, the first bedroom with a size of 13′-2″x10′-9″ and the second one has a size of 12′-0″x11′-6″ with an attached toilet of size 7’4″x5′-7″. The second terrace of size 11′-5″x11′-1″ is designed and a common toilet of size 4′-0″x10′-9″ is provided.
